Hi, In reply to your email, I will require a bit more information. Has he got a licence call sign now, or does he want to upgrade to a another grade, or does he now live in another country. I have two call signs because I was first licenced in the UK with G0OAZ then I moved to France and I could then apply for a French call F5VHL. I hope this explains the process ..
